Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship exclusively within the European Union. Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery takes 3-5 business days within Portugal & 7-10 business days outside of Portugal. Please note that we cannot control unexpected carrier delays once the package is in transit.
Shipping: The shipping fee is €3.99 for Portugal (mainland & islands) & €6.99 for all other EU destinations.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Due to their nature, cosmetic products can only be returned if they are completely unopened, unused, & in their original sealed condition.
Process: To start a return, email us with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. If your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos.
Refunds: Once we receive & inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
